    You can do a search for ‘We PURCHASE houses’ in your area or see in the newspapers for the people who are advertising.
    You can too go to the foreclosure sales to see who is bidding on the properties.
    There is too a national Genuine Estate Investing Club that you can tap into some excellent resources and network with others http://www.nationalreia.com/
    There are more creditable people there.
